چکیده

Salinity considered as significant ecological regarding the productivity of different crops different arid and semiarid areas all over the world. The most damaging things of salinity on herbal are usually related with low osmotic potential of soil solution, nutritional imbalance etc. Improving several plants usually happens under saline circumstances as a method for using saline soils which are usually arable. During the recent years, by using a method named in vitro plant tissue culture, several researchers developed biotechnological equipment to study about the serious difficulties regarding the crop improvement for sustainable agriculture. Plant tissue culture is considered as the best effective technology for improving and also developing salt-tolerant. By using plant cell and tissue culture we may emphasis on those physiological and biochemical procedures essential to cell that contribute to the changes of salt stress. During the current paper, researcher attempted to focus on the development made towards the growth of stress-tolerant lines over tissue culture based in vitro collection. Plants have changed several biochemical and molecular procedures to be survived below stress circumstances. The procedures of salinity stress physiology development of salinity tolerant plant in vitro below salt stress circumstances were reviewed critically.
